Who we work with, and who we do not

This page answers one question: is RAGSEO a fit for your company?

RAGSEO works with companies that sell to other businesses, not to consumers. That covers manufacturers, industrial suppliers, component and equipment makers, technical distributors, B2B SaaS teams, and agencies that need white-label delivery. It does not matter whether you sell at home or abroad: the same method runs in English, Japanese, Russian and other common languages.

This page covers who the program fits, who it does not fit, the practical signs of a good fit, and how the first month runs. Read it before you request an analysis, so the call starts from the same expectations.

A good fit

Industrial manufacturers

You build machines, equipment or components and sell on specifications. Buyers search by model, standard and application, so technical content and product pages carry the work.

Component and parts suppliers

You supply parts into other companies' products. Buyers compare tolerances, materials and lead times, and they often arrive through long-tail specification queries.

Equipment exporters

You sell into several markets and need pages in more than one language. Localized keyword research and localized pages do more than translating a homepage.

Technical distributors

You carry a catalog of many brands and SKUs. Category structure, internal links and product content decide whether search traffic reaches an inquiry form.

B2B SaaS and software teams

You sell software to business buyers who research before they talk to sales. Comparison and problem-led articles do the qualifying work for you.

Agencies needing white-label delivery

You already manage clients and need SEO or GEO production behind your brand. We deliver the work and reports under your name.

Not a fit

Consumer e-commerce stores

We do not run product-feed, marketplace or shopping-campaign SEO. Our method is built around B2B buying cycles and technical catalogs.

Dropshipping operations

If you do not hold or control the product, you have little real product material to build a knowledge base from. The method has nothing to work with.

Sites without product content

A thin site with no specifications, no cases and no real answers gives writers nothing to work from. Content would be invented, and that does not hold up.

Anyone wanting rankings without publishing

Rankings follow published, reviewed content and technical fixes. If you will not approve articles or product pages, the program cannot move.

Signs it will work

You have product materials

Catalogs, spec sheets, drawings, manuals, past cases or technical FAQs. These feed the RAG knowledge base that drafts are built from.

Someone can approve drafts

One named person who reviews and approves content, ideally within a few days. Slow approvals are the most common reason timelines slip.

Sales follow up on inquiries

Search brings inquiries, not closed deals. Someone on your side needs to answer them, qualify them and log what buyers actually ask.

Patience for 3 to 6 months

Significant improvements in rankings and organic traffic can usually be observed within 3 to 6 months. Programs that get cut at week six do not reach that point.

How the first month runs

  1. [01]

    Week 1: fit and access

We confirm fit, agree scope, and collect access to Google Search Console, Google Analytics and your site backend.

  2. [02]

    Week 1 to 2: audit

Website diagnosis, competitor analysis of three competitor websites in one report, and keyword and topic research.

  3. [03]

Week 2 to 3: knowledge base

We build the RAG knowledge base from your products, cases and materials, so drafts use your facts, not generic filler.

  4. [04]

Week 3 to 4: first drafts

Content creation starts, drafts go to your approver, and on-page fixes begin. The first monthly report follows.

Questions buyers ask

Do you only work with manufacturers?

No. Manufacturers and industrial suppliers are the core, but the same method fits B2B SaaS teams, technical distributors and agencies that need white-label delivery. The common thread is selling to other businesses on specifications, comparisons or buyer questions. Consumer e-commerce and dropshipping are outside the scope, because the method depends on real product material and a longer B2B buying cycle.

Can you work with a company outside China?

Yes. We work with companies in any market they sell to, domestic or international, and multilingual websites are supported, including English, Japanese, Russian and other common languages. Our team works remotely with clients, and we reply within 24 hours. Case work in the library covers clients selling into Europe, North America, the Middle East and other regions.

What if we have no content team of our own?

That is normal. A content team of 300+ writers produces the drafts, and professional editors review them before anything is published. What we need from you is source material and one person who can approve drafts. You are not expected to write, only to check that the facts about your products are right.

How do we know if we are a good fit before paying?

Start with the free analysis. We look at your site, your competitors and your current search data, then tell you what we see. If the fit is wrong, we say so rather than take the work. If it is right, you get a scope, a timeline and a plan you can compare against other quotes.
